Dear participants
of the Conference!
We would like to congratulate you with our Conference
completion.
We are going to carry out an Internet publication of the
Conference papers.
The Russian version of each paper will be
represented as one file. I shall try to do it in the shortest
possible time.
The English version is published in 6 files,
each file representing a separate section. They are now available
by the address of the following form:

where "Number"
is means the number of Your section (1,2,3,4,5, or 6).
If you would like to have the Internet publication
of your report with colored illustrations instead of black-and
white ones, then you can send it to me with colored pictures
(graphs). I will change the pictures.
During the Conference we managed to take
only a few photographs. We put here all we have made. We ask
you to send us your photographs from the Conference. All of
them will be published at the site and you will be able to
see or download them.
Each of the photographs will have a number
below it. If you would like to give a name to a photo, please
send me the name and the number.
